Grown Up

I'm having a grown-up moment today.

My grandmother has collected china for all of us granddaughters since we were little girls. I used to look at my dishes and try to imagine a day when I would be grown up enough to have them--a day when I'd have a home, a spouse, perhaps, and maybe some children. I could hardly even picture it.

I finished putting my china away today. I guess that makes me a real adult.
