At 22 months, Oliver has a lot to say. Here are some of my favorites:
"Bay-bee do dit." (Baby do it.)
Alternately, "Let me do dit!"
Instead of "Hold me," he says "Mama, hold you."
"Bubby/Daddy/Mommy, where ardyou?" (Where are you?)
"Mama, hear me?"
He has mastered the Happy Birthday song, which my brother pointed out goes a lot like, "App-pull-bee-choo-choo." Sing along!
He likes to take Ellis' suitcase and say, "Bye-bye. Miss me."
This is a fun age, and we're enjoying [almost] every minute!
